CALL TO ORDER & GREETINGS
Introduction of Board Members: Vice President Gerry Schmanke called the meeting to order at 11:35 am. He introduced all Board Members: President Suki Willison, Secretary-Treasurer Karen Osborn, Rod Peterson, Bill Beasley, Brian Gabel, Gib Ramirez, Paul Schwartz, Chardy Hern, Jeff Martin and Marni Schleuning. Gerry thanked departing Board members Paul Schwartz and Chardy Hern for their many years of service to the TBS Board.
