It only takes a minute to write a nomination for the best of the arts in Topeka. If you don’t already know, the Arty Awards are a way to celebrate the incredible wealth of arts & culture that exists in Topeka – and it’s not only a prestigious award…we throw a killer party, too! Everyone is invited to submit a nomination – and everyone is invited to join us on November 4th for the party of the year.
Nominations are being accepted in the categories listed below. Nominations will close on September 22nd. Three finalists in each category will be announced in late September.

- Literary Arts Award
- Community Arts Award
You also have a chance to vote for the 2017 People’s Choice Award: The First Friday Artwalk location with the most votes wins! Voting for the People’s Choice award is available online or in person at locations across Topeka until October 7th.
